The Foundation also works with partner organizations in emerging insurance markets to conduct Executive Development Seminars for industry personnel. With assistance from the Foundation’s member companies presentations cover topics ranging from risk management and loss reserves to the fundamentals of primary insurance and reinsurance. These seminars expose insurance executives to the practices and products of the U.S. insurance market, thus providing them skills and concepts to build a robust and efficient private insurance market in their home country.
